1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EUNI website (euni.au) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About EUNI

EUNI Pty Ltd ("EUNI", "we", "us", "our") is an Australian company specialising in electric unicycles, accessories, and safety gear. We operate from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, colours, or specifications are error-free.
  • All products are subject to availability.

4. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. This constitutes acceptance of your order.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within Australia. International shipping may be available on request.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded in full, including shipping costs, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Warranties

Product warranties vary by manufacturer. Warranty information is provided with each product where applicable. Warranty claims should be directed to us in the first instance — we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Electric unicycles are inherently risky. You acknowledge that riding an EUC involves risk of injury and property damage.
  • EUNI is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of products purchased from us, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We strongly recommend wearing appropriate safety gear at all times while riding.
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding the use of electric unicycles in your area.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of EUNI Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
