Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — from $9.95 (free on orders over $200)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days — from $19.95
- Electric Unicycles: Due to size and lithium batteries, EUC shipping is calculated at checkout. Most metro deliveries are $49.95.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are processed the same day. Orders after this time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status on our order status page.
Lithium Battery Shipping
Electric unicycles contain lithium batteries which are classified as dangerous goods for shipping. This means:
- EUCs can only be shipped via ground transport (no air freight)
- Delivery to remote areas may take longer
- Additional handling fees may apply for some locations
- EUCs cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available on request for accessories and parts (excluding batteries). Contact us at [email protected] for international enquiries.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
- For damaged items, take photos before discarding any packaging
We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Click & Collect
Sydney customers can choose to pick up orders from our workshop. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
