Returns Policy

30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Electric unicycles must have fewer than 5km on the odometer
- Safety gear must be unworn and unaltered
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
- Customised or specially ordered products
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification
- Hygiene products (e.g., helmet liners) once opened
How to Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return authorisation number and shipping instructions
- Ship the item securely using a tracked service — return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement — your choice. Please include photos of the damage in your email.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Stripe). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure or is not of acceptable quality.
