Exchange Window

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Want a different model, colour, or size? We're happy to help.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original condition with all packaging
• Electric unicycles must have fewer than 5km on the odometer
• The replacement item must be in stock

How Exchanges Work

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like instead
2. We'll confirm availability and any price difference
3. Ship the original item back to us using a tracked service
4. Once received and inspected, we'll ship the replacement item

Price Differences

• Exchanging for a higher-priced item: We'll send you a payment link for the difference
• Exchanging for a lower-priced item: We'll refund the difference to your original payment method

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping for the original item is at your expense
• We'll cover shipping for the replacement item within Australia
• If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent), we'll cover all shipping costs
